“Like many HR professionals, I didn’t plan a career in HR (I always wanted to run a top class hotel!) Then my career moved in another direction and, now I’m here, I love it. I completed my CIPD qualification after a couple of years working in Financial Services HR and have since upgraded to MCIPD.
